Alchi Toad Techniques

Alchi toads are primarily a surface lure.  The most popular way of fishing the toad is chunk and wind.  Throw it out and reel it just fast enough keep it on the surface.  It is most effective around vegitation.  When bringing the toad over matted grass, let it fall in any holes you see and hang on.  I like to put a bead on the line in front of the lure while fishing grass.  This beads allows it to come through the grass better without hanging up.  Another great technique is to slow roll the toad right under the surface.  This creates a wake but does not break the surface.  If you have any questions on how to fish the alchi toad or would like to place an order, please contact us.  Good luck
